To love the truth: A balanced person, strong and free

To be loyal: Capable of bearing the weight of pastoral responsibilities

To respect every person: Capacity to relate to other

To have a sense of justice: Not arrogant or quarrelsome, Quick to understand, forgive and console

To be true to one's word: Affable, hospitable

To be genuinely compassionate: Sincere in words and heart

To be a man of integrity: Prudent and discreet
